What is the main market for LEDHOUSES?
We are selling more to EU and north America because the markets have high quality standard for LED and fan products. The rate is up to 80-90%. But other new markets are increasing demand of the new LED and fan technology. We are also optimistic about the markets for other American Asian regions.
What LEDS do you usually use for your LED products?
For high power LED luminaires we mainly use Cree and Epistar LEDs, We use some Bridgelux. we also consider to use more multi-chip LED brands like Bridgelux and Sharp, as the multi-chip technology will be intensively used by manufacturers.
What is LEDHOUSES lead time?
Usually we ship orders in 2 weeks. But it will take a little longer if with heavy burden of production task. It also takes time if the product is not standard.
Do you have warranty for products?
Yes, we have 2 and 3 years warranty for different kinds of products. During the period, if customers have the approval showing product quality issues and if certified by LEDHOUSES engineers, we would request customers to ship back the failure parts and replace new items with the transportation charged being paid by us.
How could I get samples?
We can supply some samples ( we ask full price for samples but we will return some charger when you place big orders) if you have a FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS or TNT account .
How can I get your price list?

Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes. We are professional on OEM. We can help you to make your logo or other information on products or package box too!
How to place an order?
Please send us your enquiry, after we quoted, if we reach a agreement, you can send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or ask us to send you a PROFORMA INVOICE or SALES CONTRACT for your order.
Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes. We also help you to arrange all kinds of goods can via sea, air or express angency (DHL,UPS,TNT,EMS,FedEx etc).We’d like to help you to find the most profitable way.
How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 100 kgs, sent usually by courier(DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT & FEDEX).
For orders from 100 to 500 kgs, either by air or sea.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
What’s your usual payment term for orders?
We accept terms of Wire Transfer(T/T) in advance or L/C at sight, and T/T preferable under US$50,000 per order. For smaller order, Cash or Western Union is also accept.
